For over 40 years, my professional life was dedicated to mental health. I worked as a psychiatrist in Ukraine and later as a care home manager in the UK, supporting people through some of their most vulnerable moments. I have always believed that care is not just about treating an illness it’s about improving the whole person’s quality of life.

So, while continuing my work in mental health, I trained as a Foot Health Practitioner. I earned my qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 and 4 certificates, and in May 2025 completed my diploma at Stonebridge College. Today, I provide professional, mobile foot care across East London helping people walk without pain, feel confident, and live more active, fulfilling live
