Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 3 September 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foot Care Hub website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Foot Care Hub

Foot Care Hub is a referral platform that connects individuals (“Clients”) with independent foot care practitioners (“Practitioners”) who provide services directly to clients.

We do not provide foot care treatments ourselves.

2. Nature of Our Service

Foot Care Hub operates as a referral and booking facilitation service connecting Clients with independent Foot Care Practitioners.

We:

  • Receive and manage client enquiries

  • Match Clients with suitable Practitioners

  • Set pricing for the initial visit

  • Facilitate the first booking between Clients and Practitioners

Following the initial visit, any ongoing services are arranged directly between the Client and the Practitioner.

3. Independent Practitioners

All Practitioners:

  • Are independent contractors, not employees of Foot Care Hub

  • Are fully responsible for the services they provide

  • Operate their own businesses and professional judgement

Foot Care Hub does not supervise, control, or manage the work carried out by Practitioners.

5. Bookings and Services

  • Foot Care Hub facilitates the initial booking and pricing of the first visit

  • After the first appointment, any ongoing services or future bookings are arranged directly between the Client and Practitioner

  • Foot Care Hub is not responsible for any agreements made after the initial visit

6. Payments

  • The price of the initial visit is set by Foot Care Hub

  • Foot Care Hub may receive a commission from the first booking

  • After the initial visit, all future payments are handled directly between the Client and Practitioner

Foot Care Hub is not responsible for:

  • Ongoing pricing

  • Payment disputes after the first visit

  • Refunds for services delivered by Practitioners

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Foot Care Hub acts only as an introducer and booking facilitator

  • We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or outcome of any treatment provided by Practitioners

  • All services are carried out entirely under the responsibility of the Practitioner

Clients engage Practitioners at their own discretion and risk.

4. Practitioner Verification

All Practitioners are required to provide evidence of:

  • Relevant qualifications

  • Valid public liability insurance

  • DBS checks where applicable

While we take reasonable steps to verify this information, Foot Care Hub does not guarantee the ongoing validity of practitioner credentials.

Your Foot Care Questions Answered

Helping you feel confident and informed about your foot care

Foot Care Hub connects you with trusted, qualified, and insured Foot Health Practitioners who provide professional mobile foot care in the comfort of your home.

  • Most treatments take 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the level of care needed.

  • We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. Please check when booking.

  • The NHS has reduced routine foot care because it now prioritises higher risk medical cases. Non urgent treatments like nail cutting and callus removal are no longer funded in many areas, so patients are encouraged to use private foot care services instead.
