These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Foot Care Hub website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Foot Care Hub
Foot Care Hub is a referral platform that connects individuals (“Clients”) with independent foot care practitioners (“Practitioners”) who provide services directly to clients.
We do not provide foot care treatments ourselves.
2. Nature of Our Service
Foot Care Hub operates as a referral and booking facilitation service connecting Clients with independent Foot Care Practitioners.
We:
Receive and manage client enquiries
Match Clients with suitable Practitioners
Set pricing for the initial visit
Facilitate the first booking between Clients and Practitioners
Following the initial visit, any ongoing services are arranged directly between the Client and the Practitioner.
3. Independent Practitioners
All Practitioners:
Are independent contractors, not employees of Foot Care Hub
Are fully responsible for the services they provide
Operate their own businesses and professional judgement
Foot Care Hub does not supervise, control, or manage the work carried out by Practitioners.
5. Bookings and Services
Foot Care Hub facilitates the initial booking and pricing of the first visit
After the first appointment, any ongoing services or future bookings are arranged directly between the Client and Practitioner
Foot Care Hub is not responsible for any agreements made after the initial visit
6. Payments
The price of the initial visit is set by Foot Care Hub
Foot Care Hub may receive a commission from the first booking
After the initial visit, all future payments are handled directly between the Client and Practitioner
Foot Care Hub is not responsible for:
Ongoing pricing
Payment disputes after the first visit
Refunds for services delivered by Practitioners
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Foot Care Hub acts only as an introducer and booking facilitator
We are not responsible for the delivery, quality, or outcome of any treatment provided by Practitioners
All services are carried out entirely under the responsibility of the Practitioner
Clients engage Practitioners at their own discretion and risk.
4. Practitioner Verification
All Practitioners are required to provide evidence of:
Relevant qualifications
Valid public liability insurance
DBS checks where applicable
While we take reasonable steps to verify this information, Foot Care Hub does not guarantee the ongoing validity of practitioner credentials.

Most treatments take 30 – 45 minutes, depending on the level of care needed.

We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. Please check when booking.

The NHS has reduced routine foot care because it now prioritises higher risk medical cases. Non urgent treatments like nail cutting and callus removal are no longer funded in many areas, so patients are encouraged to use private foot care services instead.
